Lost manual, how do I read LED indicating lights

11/414 Motor Trend Power Center Jumpstart(TM) with air compressor. Has 3 LED indicators in a line across the front of the jump starter. Red, Yellow, Green. How do I know when the unit is fully charged? How do I use it to read battery condition?
Do I try to start car right away or let it sit connected to the jump starter for a few minutes?
How can I get another operating manual?

The lights across the jumper are to show charging condition of the internal battery when you push the test button a full charged battery will light them all up with a bright GREEN on the far as using it..use it as soon as you attach it..this way all the reserve power is available instantly good luck

Why does my new motor trend power house jump starter with air compressor not take a charge from the a.c. or d.c. charger?

Contact manufacturer. If still under warranty they should replace. Sounds like the internal battery is dead...there has to be a little "juice" left in the battery for the charger to have a complete circuit to charge...some of these units take 24 or more hours on an initial charge.
Hope this helps,Ron

How do you recharge a Motor Trend Jump starter and air compressor

Should have been a patch cord that connects directly to the unit and to 110 volt plug for charging the unit back up. There's a built in convertor that does the re-charge. Find that cord or purchase one from where you got the unit.

I need to buy a power cord for the 11-410 Jumpstart w/ Compressor. How/where do I do that?

This item appears to have a DC input jack on the front. Bring it to your local Radioshack and they can get you a replacement adapter with the right plug and voltage.
