Hot air blowing out passenger side ac vents only

Try unplugging the battery for 5 min's to re-sync the dual climate controls. If that fails it is likely that the air temperature control blend door is sticking to in the heated air position, this is either due to the door being warped and sticking inside the duct work or the electric actuator for the door being defective, both are usually replaced.

Check you blend door under the glove box see if its opening and closing

the heater vacuum motor and lines needs to be checked.Also get the blend door checked.

this problem is caused by a defective air temperature control blend door actuator motor, it is about center of dadsh in air ducting, it moves the door that diverts air for cold from ac or hot from heater, you must remove the dash to repace it, about a 15 hour job fotr a home mechanic with a factory repair manual, nearly imposs without one.

sometimes this will work depending upon the severity of the problem. also the 2 vents that are not working is because somewhere in that network of ventilation duct hoses is some blockage and it is a nightmare to fix this because you have to remove the entire dash and face plates etc.........

One of the temperature actuators are not working it has 2, one for each side.

look under the dash and find the air ducts and put the air duct back on the ac housing that has fallen off and tape it with duct tape so it wont come off again.

replace right temp door actuator under passenger side of instrument panel
