Top of agitator not agitating

Hello,

This is a problem with the parts that we called dog agitator. They are 4 pcs plastic parts that function as a lock on a ratchet handle drive.

the top agitator would turn one way and these dog agitators prevents it from going the other way.

To replace it, you have to remove the top softener dispenser, remove another plastic cover that covers the bolt from water. remove the bolt and you can pull the whole agitator out of the tub.
Be careful on dismantling, it is tricky to put it back. Remember where every part goes.
