Question about Computers & Internet
I bought two Dynex DX-NUSB's (USB Wireless Adapter); I installed one on a computer I was rebuilding for my mother, which runs on XP (without service packs). I tried then installing it on my desktop computer, which is a 225GB HP, with 1000 MB RAM and runs on Vista Home Premium. I couldn't get it to work.... and I still can't. I've tried re-installing it several times, tried downloading the install software specifically for Vista from their website--and even contacted support, but never got anything back from them. Can anyone help?
You might have to install the service packs. at lease until service pack 2. i know i couldnt use wireless unless i had that on my xp. try that

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
