Question about Dell Latitude D610 Laptop Computer - Intel Pentium M 750 1.86GHz, 802.11b/g Wireless, 1G PC Notebook
If it is the windows password (not BIOS Password)
tap F8 during startup (just after Dell Splash Screen)
select Safe Mode
Select the administrator account (has no password by default)
when in Windows
change your password
if it is the BIOS password, it is secured and you will need a reset from Dell by calling tech support. They will ask some security questions and then have you go through a procedure to get them a code for a password reset.
