Hi..there,
It's seems you got busted capacitors. Replaced all 5 capacitors in right handside with( 5*c8) in the 3-jpg photo power/inverter board.

If your LCD TV or monitor has stopped working, or is displaying one of the following symptoms, then it's a candidate for some new capacitors
- Flickering screen
- Screen image disappears after several seconds
- Dim screen
- Slow start
- Power LED on, but no picture
- Unusual colors and/or lines
The primary cause of LCD TV and monitor failure is caused by faulty capacitors. You can examine the capacitors in your LCD TV or monitor and actually see if they are bad.
If they appear bulged on top, then they need to be replaced.
New capacitors will solve a host of problems in LCD monitors and TV's and will extend the life of your monitor or TV by several years.
Check the cables, connectors and connections.
Take it to a repair shop.

Monitor works ok then suddenly loose picture(black screen) turn monitor off then turn it back on works for approx 5 secs then goes back to black screen

there are many reason why a monitor suddenly turned off then back to work again , over use may over heat that cause the soled parts on the printed board of your CRT go loosen , try to re sold it, sometimes your PC might stop viewing so the monitor automatically shot off stby mode , loose connection due to basted parts , capacitors, power regulators, resistors , even the cables also might be.

Try connecting each monitor to a different desktop/laptop computer, to rule-out the possibility that the video-card on your own computer is the cause of the problem.

Monitor LCD 900P, open info please

Ok well at the rear edges of the unit there should be some way of opening it up... either screws or perhaps it even simply just "Clips" together.. remove all cables as can, then remove any screws in the rear outer edges.. &/or use a fine knife like flat instrument and work it in between the case halves and sorta wiggle gently.. this should prise 'em apart be gentlly forceful.. lol also try Googling for a Service Manual for your Model.. that would be of immense help.
