If your photos are stored on the SD memory card, then remove the SD card and insert it into an USB card reader. Connect this card reader into the USB port of your computer, the computer will see this as an external storage device, then open the photo folder and copy the photos to your computer.
If your pc want to recognise your phone, you need to install motorola pc suite in your system. That will be available in the CD that you got with mobile. If you are not having you can download from internet freely from motorola web site. After installing connect your phone to pc through usb cable and open pc suite phone will get recognise.
Connect with usb cable to your laptop and use any of the photo editing softwares available; like windows photo gallery to import your pictures to your pc. Make sure the pc recognised the camera device before starting the application.
hi sue i have solved this problem. to view pictures, videos and music on your pc, you would have to have a microSD card and the microSD adaptor. you save all of your images, music and videos onto the microSD, then you insert the SDcard into its adaptor then into the pc. Then your files should popup!
