A program that give you access to import artwork using whatever bitmap or illustration tool they prefer, and to create animation and special effects, and add sound and interactivity. The content is then saved as file with a .SWF file name extension. (The letters SWF stand for 'Shockwave Flash.')
That is such an old version that you may want to search for it as a bittorrent (file sharing target). The process to actually download it (without risk to your system) is beyond the scope of this answer but you can read up on bittorrents on wikipedia.org if you're interested in going that route. I occasionally use that method for rare/older software and just found an old version of some media software and re-installed it again using a bittorrent file package so I can use my cheapo TV device on my PC. Make sure your virus software is updated before you download anything.
you may want to try MS Silverlight and MS Expression Studio, with Blend you can do alot of awesome things realatively easier and quicker to animate for than in flash... or director and even authorware for that matter... good luck...
Place map which moves from right to left. Draw a circle in the layer above and change it to mask layer. In a new layer create circle with radial gradient of grey of 60% transparency at the border and 100% inside. Check the animation
Would love to help you out. But your question is incomplete. Please let us know how are you planning the effect? Are you completely coding an actionscript or are you creating an animation? If so describe the problem a little bit more.
