Question about GE 27851FE2 Phone
Bought new GE corded phone #25986GE1 about a month ago. never received any messages so I called my number and phone did not pick up. Exchanged the phone yesterday for another one and it won't pick up. I do not have caller ID or Call Waiting or digital phone service. My old AT&T corded phone w/answering machine still picks up but this one won't. I am installing it the same as my old machine so I know it is in the right plugs. PLEASE HELP. Should I just return it and go get another model?
