Samsung Blackjack hard reset not working

Have you already tried Hard resetting it?It will wipe everything out, but probally will sove the problem.
When the phone is powered off press the Up Navigation key and the Power key at the same time

Storage and setting are wiped clean, eject the microSD memory card before doing a hard reset.

You should consider sync you phone before the reset, so it may save your preferences.

I don't know if the BlackJack i607, I can't remember , but I have a Samsung Omnia B6520, it already works with Samsung Kies, it may back up all your data in a couple of minutes.

dun charge it untill battery is fully discharged.then hard reset via Press the Up Navigation Key and the Power button

You can hard reset it manually by switching off the phone, press the "UP" navigation kay & "(|)" power key at the same time.. your phone will be hard resetted..

the way the blackjack 2 is made you cannot get past it without the code so the only you can do is remember it or hard reset the phone but all information will be lost sorry

1. When the handset is powered off, Press and Hold the up navigation button then power on the handset
2. Press the 1 key at the format prompt then press the Y key at the erase all data prompt

IT sounds like a software glitch.
the phone will most likely need a hard reset to repair it.
Sadly this will delete all of the personal data on your phone, and reset the phone to its factory defaults.

If you want, you can try doing a hard reset, which will erase everything that's not on external storages. Here is the hard reset procedure:

1. Removing the battery without turning it off.
2. Reinstall the battery and turn the phone on with navigator key pressed down.
3. press any key to skip to prompt.
4. press yes to reset the phone.

Hard Reset for BlackJack II:

1) Power off the BlackJack II
2) Hold the UP button on the directional pad
3) While holding the UP button, press and hold the Power button
4) When prompted, press the 1 (or 'E') key to continue
5) When prompted, press the 'Y' key to confirm

If this doesn't resolve the audio issue it's probably microphone related and you'll probably want to research replacement options.

to do a hard reset, hold the power button and the menu button for about 10 seconds while the phone is on

it could be that your phone could have goten bricked which means that it locks your phone aka virus its very comen with all this 3 party software or the software made your phone have a system error makeing you have no way of fixing it phones are hard to fix not like a computer so your phone maybe done.
