Question about Sony Computers & Internet
We have a Sony Vaio wireless laptop, which we've just hooked up to a hotel wireless connection. We are trying to enter the password the hotel has given us but suddenly the laptop is throwing up some incorrect letters into words as we type them, e.g. for campervan we get ca0*ervan
Elementary! The numlock key had accidently been pushed. We had to use the FN and numb lock key together to reset the keyboard.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
