Problems with live cam (Webcam go plus)

Hi.,..
I'm having trouble with my Webcam go plus...
When I use it for taking pictures (disconnected from the computer) it works
fine, even downloading to my computer..
BUT... When I connect the cam to my computer to use live cam then it shows a
distorted version of the latest taken picture, som times it flips around,
sometimes it still...

I'm running w2000 with sp1, is there somebody has had the same problem... if
so.. whats the solution..
