Pk115t garage heater won't start

I have a pk115t heated used one time last year, ran twice this year with new fuel than blew the ignition board fuse, replaced fuse and turned the unit on, ignitor glows, the motor starts briefly, and unignited atomized fuel blows out the front on the unit,no ignition, and the blower motor times out.

Check all of the air filters and lines to start but it sounds like the CAD flame sensor.

did you try cleaning the lens of the photocell, they git dirty from smoke ver time which regulates the flame or replace the nozzle, sounds like it could be getting plugged up? usually any heating store would have a nozzle for a couple bucks if you get the number off it. the nozzle is right where it comes out and they are common to plug up at times with wear

I have a heat hog kerosene heater. Fan comes on but will not ignite. Same problem last year still under warenty took it to authorized dealer not sure what they did. I used it once and then stored if for...

Usually it is one of the hoses that goes to the burning unit. One hose supplies fuel the other I think is a air pump hose. If either one has a crack in it or is not connected tight, it will not provide the proper pressure for the igniter to work. Check both of the hoses and I bet you will find one of them that is bad. Replace them and it will work again. Mine has done this every year.

When plugg in fan turns about a 1 second and stops. Used to work fine last year actually used it couple times this year too what seems tobe the problem thank you

sounds like an ignition problem. The fan is supposed to start first to get the airflow going, then the igniter should heat up (glow igniters) or start sparking (spark plug igniters), then the fuel starts pumping. If the igniter is not working the fuel won't start. Things to check.... igniter - see if it is intact, fuse (usually in the circuit board), If those are ok, then check fuel pump, fuel filter, air filter. Hope this helps.

HARD START AND BLOWING SMOKE

clean all of your filters and the spark plug and go back to useing K1 kerosene. Diesel fuel has a higher ignition temp. burns dirty and has a tendency to gel.

Was running fine, then shut off and smoked like out of fuel.

THERE ARE THREE OR FOUR REASONS FOR THIS. DIRTY FUEL FILTER, FUEL PRESSURE INCORRECT, DIRTY AIR AND LINT FILTER, THE ELECTRIC EYE THAT SEES THE FLAME IS BAD, OR THE CONTROL BOARD IS BAD. THESE ARE MANUFACTURED BY MESA OUT OF BOWLING GREEN, KY AND THEY HAVE A WEBSITE. I GOT MY NEW PARTS AT MY LOCAL RURAL KING STORE.
