The puk or pin unblocking key are the codes that comes with the original pin... this is found on the sim housing... the best way to solve your problem is to locate the sim housing then scratch the covered pin and puk... usually it has two pin codes and 2 puk codes... if you can't find it... report to your network provider then they will give you the pin and puk codes...tnx
