Hello, The screen of my laptop just went black once and now I have no way to make it work again. My laptop is working fine when I plug it to an external monitor. I tried to move the wire but nothing. What can I do? Do u think I should by a new screen. I had this laptop for only 2 years and I don't want to change it. Thank you

password till you set a new one
If your video output works fine when connected to an external monitor, then the issue is with the LCD display panel. I’m afraid the only way to fix this is to have the LCD panel replaced. Your responses are intended to improve the level of service provided. Please rate your experience. Thank You.
