Does the return air come from the top? And the supply air go out the bottom?

Is this unit inside a closet?

Okay the filter on your unit is on top where the duct work connects to the air handler. Should have a panel in the front that will have to remove the flue pipe is right in the middle of it so will have to work around it. The filters are located across the top might be laying flat or at a small angle. On these type of units they are not very easy to change out.

Now in the event that the filters are not there look in the return grills in the ceiling might only have one they put the filters there also.

let me know how it goes. You will need something to stand on to access either place. ken

No that is the filters that the unit uses. you will be glad that they are in those returns as on the unit it self would be a pain in the _______tt to change out every 2 months or so.

Hi Carlee,
The first thing you need to do is figure out which way the air flows, if the filter goes in a return grille turn the pleated side away from you if the filter is in the indoor unit however the pleated side of the filter should be facing toward the top of the unit.

A lot of H2O and Alarm

You may have a drain sensor problem. If your machanical you can try to tie the sensor together to see if this allows the unit to run, if so, replace the sensor.
