My bose wave not function in radio (not sound)


it never gives problem like this look out for aerial connection if it not connected properly then it goes in mute mode. try by changing bands(fm / am)

CD player has no sound - Bose wave radio/cd player


Amplifier chip/circuit is kaput. Unless you are familiar in fixing electronic equipments better to give it for repairs................sodeep
PS. Buying a new one will not be cost effetive unless you need a change!

Bose Wave Radio (Made in China)


Whilst I can't supply that, i'm surprised you can't pick up the parts you need simply by calling Bose - anything external like wires, the screen, and the remote control can be bought from Bose.
Anything internal will need to be serviced and therefore is not available for customers, as if you get it wrong you will only come back to complain at the company.

Poor FM reception


Having paid over $1,800 for 3 Bose Wave systems in the past year, I was surprised and quite dismayed to find that Bose is trying to squeeze a few more bucks out of me in order to provide some very simple information. My Solution: I will never purchase another of your radios. Most humbly, Dr. Jerome Eldridge

Laser is dead. Call bose and they will service it for you for about $75.
