My husband programed a universal remote to turn the tv only. I was told that I needed to reprogram the remote to switch to the dvd player. How do I do that?
Like the old saying goes, read the instructions that came with remote. because they will have a way to find the #'s to add to dvd player. its easy, good luck,james

Two things you can do. Find remote for your TV on ebay or call the company and order one.
Another thing is you can use the input curently set on your tv and connect the vcr there and thorough the vcr connect other devices
