Question about Philips Magnavox 42MF521D/37 Television
Ok I set up an appointment to have my TV fixed, they called back and said that it is classified under "Paid With Cash" and is not able to fix the tv without me paying for it.
I asked them who I would call and they said it would be in the sales receipt and only number that shows is 1-800-282-6280 "www.iwantservices.com"
but that number is for Vonage.
So who would I contact on this matter, to see why is says I am not covered even though I purchased the "2YR SVC PLAN" and my 2 years are not up yet.
Who did you buy the TV from? That is who you need to call. And don't use the number on the Sales receipt. Locate the store on the internet, or using a phone book, and check or use the number given there.
