What should I do to improve my creditworthiness?


Do:

  • Pay your bills on time. Delinquent payments and collections can have a significant negative impact on your score.
  • If you have missed payments, get current and stay current.
  • Pay off debt rather than shifting it to other accounts.

I am extremely sorry to hear that, but I don't think you know exactly how this site works. When you send in a question, it gets put up for grabs in an ever-growing list. Any expert could select your question and answer it, from a 50-year old veteran to and 18-year old rookie like myself. I can tell you that you are not talking to the same person you talked to last time, as there are THOUSANDS of experts, and we are not officially affiliated with this company. If you want this problem resolved, i recommend you go to the help center, and do not post any credit card info in the same manner you just did. As i said, thousands of people can see your info. I am sure that if you ask your son, he can help you contact the sites billing center. I am sorry to say that i cannot legally help you any further than that, as I do not have the authorization to bill you for anything. Once again, contact the site, don't ask a question. I hope that you figure this out eventually, and if you need help again, i will be glad to assist you, just select reply under my post.

Proccessed incorrect amount on credit card


If you catch the error right after you run it, do a void rather than a credit. A credit could takes weeks to show up for a customer and they won't be happy with you.

Our Standard SD650 Duplicator has error code SC07-30. The paper tray is jammed in the down position. Need the reset code to clear the error


Through my own efforts & online research. Your service team never responded. I paid for live chat assistance which was not provided, and was then directed to email assistance which has been a complete joke. Please fully refund all fees charged to my credit card. I will look for other solutions to tech problems in the future.

A few days ago, I asked a question about a printer, You want my credit number for for a small charge. Your site is not secure so I don't want to send my credit card number.


Hmmm ... I dont know much about what you are speaking about ... I am a volunteer answer guy here like nearly everyone else. I think you need to post your question to the company rather than this area of the web site. There is the possibility a company moderator will pick this up ... but then ... maybe they will not.

I suppose there is the possibility you already have a resolution to this question - but there is no way for we volunters to know that.

Hi, I was speaking with Jay to get help to solve my HPScanjet G4050 problem. He asked me to download a program called Crossloop so that he could access my computer and help me with the problem. After downloading the program, I lost him. I would like a refund of the $14.95 (or $14.99, I'm not sure which) back to my credit card. My email address is MaryMThomas. I was on the internet live with him around 10:00 or thereabouts today, October 14,2008. My nickname that I gave was MLMT1. I don't have the print out of the charges or the number. I assume that I was going to get that when he fixed the problem for me, although my charge was upfront before I got to talk with him. My home phone is 336-723-8563. Change Region On Printer


You will need to contact HP at the support number they provided, tell them that you have a US region printer and need it reset to the UK. The cartridge numbers are different and a US region printer will not accept UK cartridges.

They can do the reset over the phone and there should not be any charge for this. You will need to be at your computer as they will need to have you send some commands to the printer. The reset procedure is not available through the online chat.

This will only need to be done once, after the reset procedure the printer will properly accept the UK cartridges (but no longer accept US cartridges....).

Canon MP160 all in one


don't know if it's the same problem i had but its maybe worth a try. My paper went in a little, the wheels were turning but it didn't take the rest of the paper or print.
Yesterday someone replied to my problem, i tried it this morning and its fixed 1st time.
Solution:- Use a piece of thin card, a magazine cover is what i used, make sure its A4 size then try to print something, as the paper starts moving push it through! and hey presto it worked for me, everything printing fine now
