Question about 3Com NBX 3102 IP Phone
We have a call center and the headset jack stops working, you can hear, but the person on the other end can't hear you talk. Sometimes when you switch the headset to the handset jack it will work, other times both headset and handset jacks don't work. Most of the time it is that you can hear, but the other person cannot hear us talk.
You should be using a plantronics a-10 interface cable if you are using hardwire headsets. get rid of the m-20 amplifiers. I support 280 of these phones and the best solution is to replace the phone. Power cycling the phone will help for a while but the problem will come back.
