Question about Jenn-Air JCB2280HES Side by Side Refrigerator
My refrigerator side keeps freezing food. I have turned the temp to the lowest setting but food continues to freeze. Someone has mentioned that it is b/c I do not keep enough food in it (it is in a vacation home in the Caribbean and I am not there but every few weeks, therefore it is never "full"). Any suggestions?
Your thermostat is faulty, pure and simple.
If the thermostat fails to do it's job, your compressor continues to run thus freezing your produce.
