How do you fix your phone if it wont charge? All you need to do is shut down your device, remove the battery if possible and use something small, such as a toothpick, to 'lever up' the little tab inside the USB port on your smartphone or tablet. Do so very carefully and gently, then reinsert your battery and plug it in again.

Are you sure the charger and cable are still good?

maybe your battery or your phone os .... try a new battery if nothing happens... try re flash your phone

Sometimes a phone won't turn on until you have enough charge in the battery to enable this. What I mean is if the battery is so flat, it might take ten or so minutes to start to so a charging state.

Try connecting it to the computer. The same thing happened with my phone and won't accept any charge in the wall or car but only the computer.

change the charging point

The battery is most likely at fault, though if a different battery still doesn't work, there's probably something else to blame.

the phone is too old to use

Download Motorola Phone tools and get a new battery for your phone.
The batteries go bad about once a year, sometimes longer.
