Sounds like a bad motherboard if you no video and weird sounds coming from the speakers since the speakers hook up to the motherboard. I would suggest though to see if you can replace the CPU and disconnect the speakers to make sure they aren't shorting out the motherboard and then try turning it on with the new CPU installed. If you still have no video then the motherboard is definitely bad.

Try start up in Safe Mode press F8. Choose Safe Mode, when at the choice window, to select either Safe Mode Desktop, OR System Restore, chooses system restore and choose a time before you had the "Problem" and follow instructions. This should get you back.
Sounds like a RAM problem. Best bet is to purchase a stick of RAM from a store that will let you try it and return it if the problem is not solved. The beeping is a BIOS error code that signifies that something is wrong with your hardware.
If you have 2 sticks of RAM installed try removing one of them and then if the beep code happens again try to swap them out.

You may have a power supply problem.
Might not be pwering enough to run the fan.
I would have my power supply tested.
Some places will do it on the spot for free
It could be many reasons. But worst one could be CPU fan failure. If your CPU fan is not working properly then your computer wont boot but most imp thing is, it could damage your processor coz of overheating.
Another reason may be faulty ram, motheboard problem, hardware failure etc.
so cant say for sure but make sure ur fan is cooling ur processor.
Hope it helps

you have deleted one of the windows files similair to boot.ini files, there is a method of repair but too much to type here, please go to this link and follow instructions
if your cdrom stops installing the operating system, then either the processor is damaged or the hard drive is faulty, as initially the installation files have to be installed to run the main O.S installation
I guess I can assume that you have it plugged into the ac power, so you know its not a power problem.
We also know its not a problem with the power switch since the light turns on.
So that leaves, motherboard, cpu, and ram possible problems. Ram would unlikely cause such a hault. Even with no ram, I believe the computer would make horrible beeping noises.
So if its a problem with the motherboard or cpu, its pretty much trash, unless you want to waste the money on ebay or some place for another cpu to try to swap.
