Question about Singer 8280 Mechanical Sewing Machine
I was in the middle of a project and now i go to sew and it wants to go but won't. i can only move the hand wheel backwords but not forwards. I have taken apart as much as i can and see no stuck thread. can you please help me.
This is tech crazy
The most important element of a stitch mechanism is the shuttle hook and bobbin assembly. The bobbin is just a spool of thread positioned underneath the fabric. It sits in the middle of a shuttle, which is rotated by the machine's motor in synch with the motion of the needle.
so either there is rotational problem in the motor or the needle position is altered .just check out for it
Kindly rate me on the above said solution
