Question about Polaroid FCM-0700A 7 in. Portable Television
On this unit you have to use the DVD option to play CD's which turns on the screen to a blue screen. We were listening to a CD and when the player finished it was left on for at least 24 hours without playing anything, just in the on position. The next day I noticed the clock was out and thought the breaker may have tripped. It didn't and the outlet is working fine. When I plug the power cable in to the wall a red light is lit on the AC addpter, then when I plug it into the TV set the red light turns faint and blinks. The TV acts like it is not getting any power. Do I have a bad adapter or is the TV shot?
Is the adapter getting hot ,then you replace the adapter else you can check the o/p of the adapter with help of multimeter it read 12 volts ,if it reads 12 then there is problem with tv itself..
