Question about GCC Technologies Elite 12/1200N Laser Printer
I own Elite 12/1200. Recently the printer began to jam the paper on the feed and give error messages "service required 10", but after restarting the printer it printed again. But today it keeps giving the same message with paper feed jam, and after restarting or cartridge replacement it does not work and gives the same message. Knowledgebase gives little insight into the problem and eventually states that I have to bring the printer to the authorized technician. I live in Armenia and unfortunately there are no such technicians for GCC printers here, and also I cannot call on the phone. Please explain me how can I overcome the problem.
