Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3
Here's a trick that should work. When the phone requests you "Enter Unlock Code:", do not enter any numbers, instead press the "Menu" key (above the circular selection keys). This should bring up a request to "Enter Security Code:" Enter "000000" (six zeroes without the quotation marks). Press the OK button and your phone should be unlocked.

Sometimes it defaults to the manufacturer security code "0000" or "1234"
also try the last 4 digits of your phone number.
