Sounds like you may have a stuck switch on the front panel. Try pushing them several times each. If that doesn't work you can unplug the front switch panel and see if the problem remains. I think you need to remove the speaker panels and middle panel off the front to get to the connector.

How can I fix windows 10 installation error c1900101?

  • Disable (preferably uninstall) your Antivirus utility before attempting the upgrade.
  • Restart a few times and try again.
  • Disable General USB Devices (example - Smart Card Reader).
  • If you are using a SCSI hard disk, make sure you have drivers available for your storage device on a thumb drive and it is connected. During Windows 10 setup, click the Custom Advanced Option and use the Load Driver command to load the appropriate driver for the SCSI drive. If this does not work and setup still fails, consider switching to a IDE based hard disk.
  • Do a clean boot and try again.
  • If you are upgrading using the .ISO file, disconnect from the Internet during setup, if you are connected by LAN (Ethernet) or Wi-Fi, disable both and attempt setup again.
  • If you are updating through Windows Update, when the download reaches 100% disconnect from the Internet LAN (Ethernet) or Wi-Fi and proceed with the installation.
  • If that does not work, try using the .ISO file to upgrade if possible.
  • If you are connected to a domain, switch to a local account
  • If you have any external devices attached to the machine, disconnect them (example, gaming controllers, USB keys, external hard disc, printers, non-essential devices). If you are installing Windows 10 using Windows Update, try the following:
    1. Press Windows Key + X on the keyboard and then select "Command Prompt (Admin)" from the menu.
    2. Stop the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. To do this, type the following commands at a command prompt. Press the "ENTER" key after you type each command.
    net stop wuauserv
    net stop cryptSvc
    net stop bits
    net stop msiserver
    3. Now rename the SoftwareDistribution and Catroot2 folder. You can do this by typing the following commands in the Command Prompt. Press the "ENTER" key after you type each command.
    ren C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution SoftwareDistribution.old
    ren C:\Windows\System32\catroot2 Catroot2.old
    4. Now, let's restart the BITS, Cryptographic, MSI Installer and the Windows Update Services. Typethe following commands in the Command Prompt for this. Press the ENTER key after you type each command.
    net start wuauserv
    net start cryptSvc
    net start bits
    net start msiserver
    5. Type Exit in the Command Prompt to close it and then restart the computer.

To resolve this issue, examine the device manager to see whether the .NET Runtime Optimization Service V2.0.Number_Numberis installed as a device. If the service is installed as a device, you must uninstall the device. Then, run the following command to install the service correctly:mscorsvw.exe -i
To do this, follow these steps:
  1. Click Start, click Run, type DEVMGMT.MSC, and then click OK.
  2. Right-click .NET Runtime Optimization Service V2.0.Number_Number if the device appears, and then click Uninstall.
  3. In the Confirm Device Removal dialog box, click OK.
  4. At the command prompt, run the following command:%WINDIR%\Microsoft.NET\Framework<64>\v2.0.Number\mscorsvw.exe -i

My hp photosmart c4580 all in one printer wont print but will copy. how do i fix that?

How are you connected to the computer? Did you install the software from HP (either from the CD or after downloading from HP)? Remember you need to connect the USB cable during the installation even for a wireless connection. See this page for details and pictures of the installation process: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01746713&tmp_task=setupCategory&lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=3418707 (click on the appropriate link towards the bottom for the software installation). If you need the drivers, go to http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&product=3418707& and select your OS in the drop-down menu. Then click Next. Then expand the Driver section.

If you are using a wired connection, make sure the cable is connected. If a network connection, try disabling your firewall for a few minutes. If that lets your printer work, set the permissions to allow the bi-directional communication to the device.

Next check your printer status and queue. You may have a job that got stuck and needs to be manually removed. In a Windows OS, open the Printers Control Panel (Start > Devices and Printer for Win7, older versions it was Printers and Faxes). If you can't delete the jobs in the queue, you can stop the print spooler and restart it. In the command prompt (run as administrator for Vista and Win7) window (Start > Accessories > Command Prompt (right click and choose Run as Administrator)), type "net stop spooler" without the quotes and then press Enter. On the next line type "net start spooler" (again without the quotes followed by Enter). If warned about stopping Fax service, type Y to accept between the two commands. Then restart your computer. (If you do not do both steps in the command prompt, it takes much longer to restart the spooler after stopping the jobs.)

Turning the printer off and on or rebooting your router may be needed for a wireless connection.

I hope this helps.

Net Command Does not work

Go to net command menu click on the AVR Learn icon.
Now you can program 4 different functions (inputs) from another remote. I programed 4 different source settings from my A/V receiver. And you label each input appropiately. Such as DVD, SAT, CAB, ANT.....

Now go back to net command and just to the right of previous Learn Icon you input the name of the source you just programmed for which ever device it is currently watching.

Net command is very confusing but works great once you figure it out. Hope this helps.
