I have a sony xplod cdx-gt520. I just put in new speakers, and the radio works fine but when I plug in ti aux I get no sound. The display shows there is musix playing but no sound...

double check that you have the cables plugged into the "AUX IN", and that the "AUX OUT" is going to the amp. or just not connected if you have no amp. If that is correct, then try a different AUX cable, you may have a broken ground in the one you have.

I believe it is the Alpine KCA-121B cable that you are in need of.

Conversely if you have enough skills to mod the plug the top three pins in the AInet plug are L+ common ground R+

you will need to have changer control plug at the back of you player and then there is a Ipod or Aux adaptor available for it. any kenwood dealer should be able to get it for you. the cable should be around $45

if it is possible there is a set of RCA plugs in the back of the unit and all you do is plug into the RCA's and i believe open your set-up menu to toggle the AUX off and on.

Playing a iphone on a standard honda radio

you need to identify the AUX input (it should be in the rear of the unit). If it is a standard mini plug, then you can use your iphone. If it is a proprietary harness input then you will need to buy the appropriate hardware fron a honda dealer.

Ford Fiesta IPod connection problem

You need the specific cable from Ford, part number 8M5J-19C142-AA, Finis: 1529487 which has a USB and an aux jack. It costs about £19. You need to plug in both aux and USB and then connect the other end to your ipod. You can then scroll through the playlists etc using the dashboard controls. When you have selected your choice, press the OK button and the ipod should play. You can use the steering wheel controls to move forward or back through the tracks and to change the volume. The instructions in the handbook are not very helpful.
