Without know exactly what already you tried to powered it on, I can only especulate on all the possible reasons, so let go one by one throuh them and their possible solutions:
1. The RX3000 Ipaq family has a known mechanical issue on the switch that senses when the back cover lid is properly closed.

When the switch is nor properly depressed, the PDA won't charge the battery if plugged on the cradle or to the USB sync cable, or won't turn on.

Remove the back cover lid and the battery, put them back again. Check the cover lid is placed flush and that there is not any gap between the cover and the PDA body.

Try again in power it on and/or charge the battery, confirming the orange LED light is turning on.

2. Either the cradle/USB sync cable or the AC wall adapter are defective.

The PDA won't power on if the battery is not charged to the minimum voltage for it. If the AC wall adapter or the cable/Cradle are defective, won't power on.

Put to charge the battery and confirm the orange LED light is turning on. If so, the you can discard that the cradle/USB cable or AC wall adapter are defective.

It the orange LED light won't turn on, it may be either one of these three parts that are defective, or that the back cover lid is not properly closed.

3. The battery dried out. If the battery is defective or won't accept charge, the pda won't power on.

To discard a defective battery, put the PDA to charge it, and it will power on when plugged to the USB cable or to the charger, and check in the settings screen, on the power icon, if the battery is charging.

If the back cover lid is properly placed, and the PDA won't power on when plugged to the USB cable or AC wall adapter, then the battery is not the problem.

4. Discarding that the battery or the USB cable or cradle or the back cover lid are the problem for this problem, the only option that is left is that the main board is defective.

Such failure on the mainboard could be caused for several reasons (moisture or humidity or water damage, or a electronic component that is worn out, or a integrated circuit that is shorted, etc) but it can be only verified and confirmed by an electronics technician.

You have the option of send it to be repaired, or try it yourself, which will require to buy a PDA with working mainboard (or the mainboard alone) and swap the parts. It requires a minimum of technical skills to do it.

Best regards,

This is a common issue with SE phones. You will need to take the phone to a reputable mobile phone engineer or SE Service Point to get the firmware re-flashed

Blackberry pearl wont switch on

It looks battery completly drained and dead (as It took so much time), the best way first to check "Circuit" status in Battery through Voltmeter (poles)..or another way go to any cell phone shop and give a trial with another batterty to check status of your unit.

My phone froze so i took out the battery and put

I know this is a little obvious but it sounds like the battery is not charged or will not hold a charge. Charge or replace the battery. Your cellular store might let you try out another battery just to test things out.

Another possibility is that the phone is damaged from getting wet or dropped. If this is the case you must let it fully dry out or have it repaired.

Finally, it may just need a hard reset. This will reset the phone to its original settings and will erase any data that you have stored on it.
Instructions are available at Palm support. Start here:

I hope this helps.

The PC is not switching on

Hi. I assume that you plugged in your original battery after it was out a while. When your device's battery is drained, all the data in your device may be resetted (changes according to your backup battery's condition). So you should first try to plug it into AC power source for a couple of hours without touching it (Let the battery become usable enough). Then, your device should open without any error, but it may take a while because it will install the Operating System from ROM. In most cases, pluging out your battery won't destroy any internal parts of your device, it may just reset it to factory default settings. If there is an error, here is how you can hard reset your device:
HP iPAQ rx3715 Hard Reset:
1. Hold down the Mobile Media button (on the far left) and the iTask button.
2. Then press down the reset button with the styles for a few seconds until the screen goes dark.

3. To turn on your HP iPAQ after your hard reset, either press the reset button again, or plug it into an AC power source.
Hope this helps.

My phone keeps turning itself of every 5 minutes and i need a software update csn u help ??

no need for software update
reason for your phone switchin off:either you took out the battery while it was still on/you loaded 2 many videos or your surf pc web pages and recieve a lot of cookies
sowhat you should do is this
1st if it is not switchn on completely put in your charger then after the charging icon shows swtich it on
when its on the "wallpaper screen" plugg it in your pc and formatt your phone memory.
switch it off then take out the battery and leave it somewhere without the battery for about 2days(dont cheat by trying to switch it on b4 tym cuz it will start the problem again) on the third day maybe "morning"put back the battery and switch it on then go to your setting(2-phone settings) then 4-reset then 1-reset settings.reboot your phone and tada!!!! its good to go well thats what i did on mine and others phone and it always works(ks360 only dont know about others)

Dot on projection screen

So it turns on but all you see is a dot on the screen?

I would call it in to Tmobile and get it replaced via warranty.

If it does turn on, you can try to back up your files using active sync on your PC.
