Cant upload photos Onto Lcd Photo Keychain

your missing the drivers for your usb plug it in and go to device manager and see if there is an unknown device click it and do windows driver update

Are you trying to load multiple photos at a time? try a single if so. Your photos may be to large for the keychain to support, try a couple jpeg files off the internet or small photo files that come in email. If those load, format the keychain and reduce the size of your photos

it does the same thing when I try to format it....did you manage to format it after all?

When the cam is connected to the computer no pics will show on the LCD. While charging through the USB the cam. will not be able to transferre pics at the same time.
The cam either charges or transferres.

If this is like my keychain photo viewer you need to put the keychain in USB update mode before it will work.  When you first plug it in to the USB port it will show USB Charge or USB Update. Use the arrow keys to put it in USB Update mode and then press the menu power button.
At this point you can open the software and start adding photos!

Your computer will certainly have its own program for viewing photos. For example, if you are using Windows XP, you just right click on a photo file and choose "preview". It can be difficult to find the photos on your computer if you have been using one of the silly organizers that come with cameras. You can search for a photo if you know its filename or for *.jpg to find all the photos on your hard drive.

Anybody know how this unit turns on? I hold the ON button down for MORE than 3 sconds, but the unit does not come on...HELP!!!
