Software won't load says my os is out of date

Hi,
for me to give you a solution please include the following in your reply:
1) What browser and OS are you using?
2) Did you try clearing the browser's history and did it help?
3) When did this start to happen?
4) Can you also please mention what version of Flash and version of your browser is on your PC?

You may need to choose if your OS is 32 bit or 64 bit when installing the software for the mouse and keyboard. Click the links below for resolutions.

If you want the drivers or full software for the Deskjet 3050 j610a; see HP's support page: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/softwareCategory?cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&lc=en&product=4066452& . Select your OS (make sure to select the x64 bit version if you have a 64 bit OS). Get and install the full software if you plan to use the buttons on the all-in-one to start scans. (Note: this doesn't include third-party software that may be on the original CD.)

(also remember to install the HP software before connecting the USB cord if you are going to use that option. The drivers in the OS often do not support the full feature set (like the scanner) of an all-in-one. If you forgot, disconnect the data cable, uninstall the current driver and restart the computer before installing the HP drivers.)

Use product no to down load the full feature drivers, check OS support also..

Please copy your disc from another computer..... after the copy is complete transfer to your pendrive and install it on your computer.. good luck.

Possible that PC is hanging up as there is fault on the OS ( operating system) . So open the internet options in the browser and clean all the cookies, temporary internet files, defragment the drives and RESTORE the PC to an earlier set date.

You can use a registry cleaner like Advanced system care. Download from the site and check you system for corrupt files. Also use a good antivirus software which is active to keep your system performing without an attack on the OS. Remove all unnecessary programs installed which you do not use all the time and clean up the drives. This will free up the space and make your system faster.
If there is no response but the PC tends to work slower and occasionally hanging when a program is being executed then you might have to install the OS once again. Install the OS and then an antivirus before the drivers of the PC is installed.

Uninstall the program then reinstall it. Make sure your computer is up-to-date first. If it won't load check to make sure the cd/dvd does not have scratches that cause lost files.

Make sure you have all the necessary plugins needed to load the page.

I have the same problem logiLDA.dll not found. Look like this is a Logitech file that is for Logitech Download Assistant. You can go to start (type) msconfig and find it on the startup tab and disable it, I'm currently looking for a solution.
