I suggest you upgrade the OS of your calculator to the latest version available on the education.ti.com website. To upgrade, insert fresh AA batteries (or just good batteries), run TI connect on your computer, connect the calculator to the computer and click the update button on TI connect main screen. It will download and update the OS.
