My citroen c3 flashes a message saying flip battery what does this mean. Thanx Jenny

I guess you meant Plip Battery instead of Flip Battery. The former means your remote key lock battery is dying. It happened to my Citroen C2 this week and I had replaced batteries in the 2 keys I have. By the way, the battery used on my C2 is a CR1620 which costs about £2 each - the Citroen dealer charged me £12 for two !

My bearing has worked out of line to a drive belt,

first if you do not have a Haynes manual get one, your library will get it in for you if you ask. It sounds like the tensioner/idler, you can get these from your local motor factors, you need tools and such, get back to me if you need more help.

My jeep has no heat- Im not sure if it's the resistor or the blower motor. There is an electrical burning smell along with smoke coming through the vents. The heat when on the highest setting should work...

I would say blower motor resistor. I had this problem on my 01 Silverado and that is what it was. While it is a much different vehicle. It is still the same concept.

Citroen xsara picasso (51 plate). brake lights

Above the brake pedal is a switch that has a little plunger that comes out when the pedal is pressed, the switch is also the stop when the pedal returns, this can burr the plastic and jam the switch (I have seen this twice) or the switch coud just be dead.

Blower is on constantly

May not be the heater. Could be you have something burning up and this is causing the heat to be dispersed in to car.
If the pulleys all work on one looped belt, see if one of the pulleys is locked up (not spinning). This will cause the belt to burn and may cause engine to overheat.
What type car?

Where dose a coil on a car get its juce from

Let me see if I understand your question...

You asked, (Where does a coil on a car get it's juice from? Correct?aror

Well, Let start out by CORRECTING the Earor made in Solution # 1.

Brad B. In Solution 1 stated that in old cars: " the Distributor signaled the coil with a constant ground." Sorry, that is not the case. In older cars in the 40's, 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's the battery applied 6-volts or 12-volts to the primary winding terminal of the coil. The other primary winding terminal of the coil went to the points inside the Distributor.

So evrey time the points would closed to ground, the battery voltage would energized the the primary coil. Creating an induction transfer into the secondary winding of the coil. Creating a high-voltage increse sent to the center of the distributor cap and the rotor sending that high-voltage to the spark plugs to fire the cyclenders. So it all begins with the battery sending it "JUICE" to the coil...

As for the newer cars of today, they have all become dependent on sensors attacthed to many parts of the car and engine, transmission, and more that sent signals to 2, 3, 4 and sometimes more onboard computers. Todays cars are that an expencive mess. Only because of big, greedy, designs by auto makers to complicate cars so mush to the average people, they have very little choice but to have the dealers do all the reparis.

GIVE ME AN OLD CAR ANYDAY!!!! ALL THE NEW CARS ARE JUNK!!!

Citreon berlingo 1999 diesel 1.9l need new spark plugs

You will need some decent spanners, the nuts are 8mm on the wiring and some will need a 1/4 drive socket, some a small spanner, get decent glow plugs, maybe citroen ones, there are som unreliable ones out there, even the Bosch ones sold by factors are not as good as factory! the plugs themselves are usually13mm and tight. You may have to take some air filter or emission stuff off but not the fuel injection pipes, leave them alone!
