Problem for HP Compaq nc6120 PC Notebook
Built in microphone compac no 6120

When I use my built in microphone to talk with another person, they cannot hear my voice, they hear background noise, my breathing & I can hear them perfectly....can you please confirm if in fact there is a built in microphone on this laptop and if so can you please help me resolve this probelm.
