Cannot insert memory card

see may be your memory card has got corrupted/damaged try removing the memory card and installing it again if your card still does not work then it has got damaged 1.use a media card reader and connect the memory card directly to the computer 2.It will get detected if in any case it does not then you need to replace your memory card with a new one {YOU can get the data recovery of the card from a professional but only go for recovery if you had some really important photos on the card as recovery is really expensive} \ 3.The card if gets detected then just right mouse click on it and open ..if it does not then it has got corrupted you will have to re-format it again and u can't get the photos in any case click format from the right mouse click menu and select fat32 file system format hit ok your memory card is ready to use again insert it back and u can use the memory card to take photos again..

TRY TURN OFF THE PHONE,INSERT THE MEMORY CARD.....IF NOTHING HAPPENS,REFORMAT YOUR CARD......INSERT IT AGAIN.
IF NOTHING HAPPEN STILL,BUY A NEW CARD IT IS CORRUPTED.

Try to insert a new memory card, with a lower capacity. In regard with you unit, just make sure that your Nokia is original as you know there are so many fake units of Nokia N95 now adays, To install a new firmware, you should go to a Nokia Care Center, make sure that it goes with the warranty.

after two days of periodic checking if it'll come one... it finally did! don't know how... but i took out the battery and recharged it for a while, inserted it and turned it on but it didn't work. i did it again about two times and still nothing. so i left the battery outside for like a day.. and when i tried it again, it worked! thank God! thank you for your time.

Most likely bad thermal control/sensor chip(s).

Memory cards can be defective. Its not big deal. try to use another memory card.

try to clear all the data in your lifeblog. emtying all the lifeblog entries will release all your the phone memories. If nothing happen try to format your phone by pressing the green (send) button, the number 3 and the star sign simultaneously and then press the power button. Hope this will help.

You have to insert the smart card all the way in on these phones. You can use a pen cap or something to push it all the way in there until it goes all the way in and click and stays there. Then it will not say " insert smart chip" anymore.

Make sure you format your memory card before you try to use it other wise it will save the pics to ur internal memory instead of the mem card.
