The batteries don't work in my ES20 electronic safe and I've lost the key. How can I open it? I live on Sydney's northern beaches.

Local service centres or supplier can usually reset the electronic key for you by overriding the system lock by keying in a certain service code. However, this depends on the capabilities of the specific model. Please find the local service centre for your brand of safe and talk to them.
