Question about Computers & Internet
My name is Sydney, I am going to try to help you solve your problem. Usually Norton uses alot of your ram, if it is possible uninstall norton and install another antivirus, you can try to use avast antivirus. There is a free edition for home users to download athttp://www.avast.com/eng/avast_4_home.html, and do not forget to registeron the same site, its free. It works pretty well. if this does not work go to http://onecare.live.com/site/en-us/default.htm this should solve your problem.
If the problem persists please write to us with the name of program you are using to download your mail.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
