Question about Kitchen Appliances - Others
I HAVE A TOASTMASTER DEEP FRYER. THE US # IS7310-01-140-2702 AND THE SERIAL#IS KK20732B-838-211 AND ANOTHER # IS DLA400-83-C-0458 MFR28447 THE FRYER HAS A 4 PRONG PLUG IS THIS A 220. WHAT PHASE SYSTEM DOES IT REQ. 2 OR 3 DOES THIS PULL THE SAME POWER AS MY DRYER CAN I JUST CHANGE THE OUTLET TO COMIDATE THE PLUG OR IS MY SYSTEM AT HOME NOT BIG ENOUGH
Take a very close look at the unit for the ELECTRICAL RATINGS! It will tell you the voltage, current/wattage, and how many phases you require! My suggestion is to have a qualified electricial look at it to tell you if you can't find any electrical ratings tag.
A qualified electrician is able to trace the wiring into the units circuits and determine its power requirements if no electrical rating tag can be found. Be inventive looking for this tag, inside doors and even service panels, I assure you it is hidden there somewhere!
