Un-install program will not work

I have an sph i700 as well and it doesn't do that to me. What program are
you trying to uninstall?

When it hangs try a soft reset and then another
uninstall. I use a program called Remover however. It is
an exe file and a free download. You place it on your PPC
where you will remember and then execute it when you want
to delete something. It works as a great cleanup program
also as it will find all the old files etc. and allow you
to delete them. Do a search on Google and you will find
it. I don't have mine with me so I can't look up the site.

I have noticed that too. Usually it'll work ok if i do a soft reset
it'll perform an uninstall just fine.
