My printer is not printing

I don;t have the all in one cd to make my printer work. It keep saying the printer is not connected

My Epson Artisan 730 Printer keeps ejecting its CD/DVD Print tray, saying that there is a cd there. There, of course isn't. Can anyone help me? I really need to print.


My husband adjusted the CD/DVD tray, then we selected the icon that looks like a wrench on the printer's message window, then "restore default settings" on it. Turned computer off then on again, and it FINALLY started working again :)

HP Deskjet 6980 won't print. Says offline but i don't see how to turn it back online. was working. now not.


Printers often go off line for no reason. It can be genuinely off line or the pc is just not seeing the printer anymore To put it back on line all you need to do is open the print queue (double click on the printers icon in printers devices/ printer and faxes) go to File and in the drop down list it will say "Use printer Offline or Use printer online. click on it and if the pc is seeing the printer if will change and the printer will then start up and print. If this does not work then check your cable to the printer or your network connection to reestablish the connection.

I cannot print


there will be lot of possibilities .just follow all these steps.
first you make sure your printer is working fine just remove the test print form going to printer and faxes option just right click on it and give test print if it is print that means your application have some problem from where you removing print out if test page is not coming then you need to reinstall the drive of printer.

kindly uninstall the printer driver and software restart the system and don’t connect the usb cable 1st install the driver cd and when it prompt you for connect the usb cable then connect it and follow the instruction. It will resolve your problem.

In run window type services.msc and the go to print spooler option just stop and restart the service. and also switch off and switch on the printer and try to cancel all the documents form print spooler it will remove all pending jobs. Go to printer and faxes option and choose the printer model which you installed just right click on it you will see the option of use printer online. Also I suggest you to change the usb port and the cable also still if you facing the problem follow these steps, right click on my computer and go to properties then hardware in that click on device manger and check there is any other device is listed if it is there just remove it and click for scan for hardware changes when he prompt for driver reinstall the driver cd

Lost cd for laserjet 1320 cl6 printer. installed


either the usb wire is getting loose in the new laptop port.or the port is faulty.press the usb wire tightly and then try printing keeping it pressed at the laptop side and printer side too.with some bodies help. check out.

The epson printer driver dealing with cd printing is not installed


is there an ok button on that error message? if so just click on OK button and click on a button says manual.
It will let you check on the settings on the printer. paper size should be A4.
on print settings it should let you select on cd/dvd

Note: this only works if you have installed the epson easy print from the epson.com website of your printer model

Unable to print.


Normal 0 This doesn’t help fix all printers because each situation is different and in most cases we don’t have enough information to determine the fix. So hope this will provide some help.

Could have a corrupt driver.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and when the CD software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.

Printer keeps saying usb cable not connected


1)right click the my computer icon
2)click properties and then click hardware n go to device manager.
3)uninstall all usb ports and then scan for hardware changes
4)ur pc will detect your printer and ask for printer drivers
5)re load drivers and your pc will communicate with your printer
6)for reloding install the cd follow the instructions on the screen and click next
7)restart when the printer is loded.connect the wires and cords properly.

When i try to print something its keeps saying printer not active and my little girl lost the cd how can i get the printer to work


  • Go to the site of the manufacturer and download the drivers for it and install them.
  • Make sure it is connected to the computer
  • Make sure you are selecting the right printer when the print options come up after selecting print
