I wnat to change the sprocket on my yamaha xjr300 2005?
SOURCE: Front sprocket
Hi ........... One tooth less will give you more top speed (if you can pull top revs) but will reduce accelleration. If you go for one tooth less you'll need to tighten the chain and/or remove a link. It's a trade off ............ decide what you want the bike to do.
SOURCE: how is the best way to get front drive sprocket off of my yamaha
A screw driver, impact possibly depending on how tight the screws are, and a 10mm socket. there is a locking plate that will need tapping out of the way, a plate that goes between the 2 10mm heads and the sprocket center. it's pretty easy once you see it. there should be a half engine casing to take off on the chain side of the engine/gearbox at the rear end.either cross head screws or alen bolts.

SOURCE: What are the tyre pressures
Usually if you look closely, it is written on the tyre side wall. But just in case it isn't, try 34psi for the rear, and about 32psi for the front. You can give or take a few PSI, if you want a softer ride down to 30psi.
