What is the oil to gas ratio? I have a Toro CCR Powerlite 3.

Usually 2 cycle engines are 5 to 1 - parts of fuel to oil. Check for an online copy of the manual to know for sure.

Reference the Toro snow blower. It may sound crazy but loosen the gas cap just a bit. I had the same issue with my snow blower and a friend gave me the solution. It works great now. Hope this works for you.

Toro powerlite 98 cc 16" Mod no 38182 ser

Hi,
Yes, you have a shear pin and that is probably the problem...
The shear pin often will not fall out and look like a normal piece but in fact be broken...
The shear pin usually is in the main shaft from the transmission to the auger drive...
Some are right on the auger its self...look around you will find it...

My Toro CCR 2450 GTS Snowthrower loses power after it gets warmed up. New spark plug and fresh gas with proper oil mix. Why?

Mine does same. Wait a half hour, restart, runs good for 20 minutes and slows again. Just had it in for a tune up. Machine is only three years old.

I have the 6.5 hp self propelled model, It starts fine and runs strong for aprox 5 min then dies, seems to die when it gets hot possibly, the die time is always the same aprox 5 min. Once it dies it will...

I don;t know what engine is on your mower but if it has the self contained electronic ignition coil I have seen happen on several engines. It would run good for several min. then the spark just stops . And it will not spark again until it sets and cools . Just make sure it is the ignition that is not working.

I am looking for the owner's manual for a Toro snowthrower CCR Powerlite 325E 38182

I think if you write the company and tell them your problem they will send you one. I wasn't able to find it either.

Good Luck,

Jim

Toro powerlite snowblower sputters out after 10-15 minutes

I would change the spark plug and be sure to gap it as per your owner's manual. I would also clean or change the air filter. I would also use only high test gas and the oil recommended by the manufacturer. good luck.
