Question about Saeco Incanto Classic Espresso Machine

No power to Saeco Incanto Rapid Steam

I can't seem to figure out what the fuses look like or how to "push" them to reset them on my machine. I did get the back off of the machine and reached to the right of the boiler but all I felt were wires that had plastic housing on them.....

My machine sputtered steam out of it randomly yesterday but we were successful in making a latte both before and after that occurrence. Last night there was suddenly no power. The power outlet is working so I don't know what to do.

Thank you for any suggestions you might have!

If you have a round boiler on your machine, then you have two automatic fuses on the right side of the boiler close to the chassis, there are wires going to these fuses and in the middle of the fuse you have a plastic pin you have to press down, you have to these on both fuse.

If you not have a round boiler then you have a wire with a black holder, the wire mostley have a blue color.

Machine won't prime

Try lifting the water tank, then setting it back in place, and then priming the machine.

Saeco incanto rapid steam leaking from under

The leak is most likely from the steam valve, you will have to either buy and replace the o-rings and the pistons in the valve or just buy a new valve assembly and replace it. Easiest solution get the new valve assembly.

Saeco Incanto Rapid Steam Espresso machine is dead. no power. The outlet in the kitchen does work- I did check that. I read a couple of threads about removing the back and resetting fuses but I cannot find...

They are not fuses, they are re-settable thermostats and are quite hard to find, you have to remove the top and back of the machine along with the lower black rear plastic panel. The 2 thermostats are located on the heating block, bottom rear left hand side (when facing front of machine) Both will need re-setting, press each t/stat firmly between the 2 wires of each one and a distinct click can be heard when you press them.

Water does not blend with coffee

When you mount the grinder back, do you turn it so the red mark fit together?

Try to check the brewing unit, on the top off the brewing unit you will see a little pin. Take it out and make sure this is clean and put it back again.

No Power

Take off the water tank and loosen the two screw in the chassi. Lift the chassis little and take off the back piece.

If your machine is new model then you have a round boiler on the right side, put in a finger between the chassi and the boiler, you have two thermostat fuse you have to reset.

If you have a old model the you have a fuse on a wire, if you not find any wire with fuse, then you have to take off the top of the machine. You will then see the power card, find the fuse on it and check it.

Hope this will help you.

Fill the water tank with water, open the steam knob and when the water comes out, take off the water tank and let the machine go to it stop.
Close the steam knob and put back the water tank.
Open the steam knob again to get out the air in the system.

Hope this will help you.

Saeco incanto engine stuck

Make sure everything is on place in the machine, if somthing not are in place then the machine not start.

If no steam/water is dispensing:

Open the steam knob and fill up a cup with hot water from the machine, if you only get a half cup of water then the water counter is gone and have to be replaced.
