Keypad doesn't work

Help. I have power to the key pad. All the LED number's symbols, temp, time work. None of the buttons work. Can it be the Control Module and if so, how do I order one?

2. Press Power button once - small dot appears on LED screen
3. Adjust desired temp with + / - buttons
4. Press Power button again to set time
5. Adjust desired time with + / - buttons
6. Adjust power output level with Mode button
Has anyone had the probelm with this heater (HPH15LED) that it doesn't continually turn back on to maintain a constant temp? I find it reaches the set temp and then doesn't come back on??

Mhu75ng stopped lighting after about a year. Fan starts, but burner doesn't light. Fan stops after about a minute. LED code is 3 flashes. Gas supply should be good, heater in another room ups

3 flashes could be the pressure switch ,jump it out see if it lights or clean the flame sensor or check the snap dice's 1 for high temp and 1 for low temp ..

un plug from wall for 30 secs then plug in try to set clock and check mode then set temp req
if this does not work you may need to replace the thermostat control

Same F2, quick off problem here. Then I noticed that the gray plug on the power cord was not completely flush with the connector on the pad. I shoved them together until there is no gap. The unit's worked perfectly since then.
