Hi. In order to put videos on the Samsung T9 player, you need to use the included software (Samsung Media Studio 5) to convert the video to the .svi format that the player recognizes. You didn't say if you'd used that software or not, so I can't be more specific about a solution until you let me know exactly what you've tried so far. If you don't have the software, it or it's follow-on should be available on the Samsung support website. Just use that to convert it and then put it into the Video folder in your player (drag and drop). I've loaded videos as large as 50 minutes on mine and it worked just fine. Good luck!

of course you have to secure a installer disk even if you lose it.... And also you can download a Software Installation from your MP3 Website..
Theres a lot of MP3 are not using a program on its own to upload and download a mp3 files in your MP3 player.
But if you can download your mp3 files without using a program of your mp3 player and then you can play it... Its ok...! Good luck!

Well for videos, you are suppose to use the software it comes with to convert to the format that Sansa supports, its called SANSA VIDEO CONVERTER, and i think that the final output(format) that it uses is (MJPEG B) but i could be wrong. So in other words download the video you like, example (avi,mpeg...) and use the SANSA VIDEO CONVERTER software to convert it and upload it 2 your player.. Hope that helps

Ok.if you have the Disc come with the sansa.You need to install the disc,install the CONVERT (something) like that then you can put video or pics into your sansa.
