Question about Webroot AntiVirus with AntiSpyware & Firewall: Windows
Download went well, worked for one week. Then Windows states my firewalls (Windows and Webroot) are turned off. Everything shows it is on. Contacte Webroot that had me uninstall and re-install. Worked again for 2 weeks and now I am getting the same warning that the firewalls are turned off. I am running Windows Vista 64 bit, on which Webroot is supposed to work. I don't want to have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling this software. Has anyone found a solution or had this problem?
Try re-installing the software. Also, there maybe registry or windows related problems but there's a solution to that: run TUNEUP UTILITIES and run a full system check on your computer.
Also, make sure your activation key or registration has not expired.
Hope this helps

You need to contact webroot to get this kind of stuff. It's their program and it might not be compatible with Win 7 64-bit.
