Yes, if you click on their screen nickname and there is a Ask Me button available you can click on that and send a personal message. Otherwise, she will have to weed through our answers until she gets to yours. Being a weekend we have no staff around to intercede in a clear and obvious situation like this. I know I and the others would have no objection of abandoning the question entirely to get word to her directly, but it has to be staff that does this.
You could email experts@fixya and see if someone is in the office by now in Israel who can do this. Good Luck and let me know.
When I saw your answer I thought the same thing. Its scary to know there is some child at risk and that cribs dot com never notified her of the recall. That's scandalous and I hope she at least heeds my advice and gets a hold of the BBB online. As cribs dot com is clearly negligent. Fortunately for her, there has been no accident. I couldn't tell either whether this crib is still being used or not and thus I suggested to at least take some measure to keep it from dropping down again, even if you use duct tape.
And, perhaps she had been googleing and discovered the recall notice. We may never know.
Nice to meet you,

- Clearly you are doing great work in your Area of Expertise. I have three children and two grand children and what has happened over the last 30 years in crib safety is great, its a wonder we all made through childhood back in the early fifties. But, baby furniture was made a lot differently back in the day, so to speak; it was passed down one generation to another. Now, that's not so much the case anymore.
Keep up the great work. See you on the boards,
