I've tried that. Tried feeding one at a time, two at a time, small bundles, holding it gently; everything. Usually it doesn't even start feeding. The printer sounds like it's doing it's thing, but the paper doesn't go through

The paper pulls to the right and jams. I have unplugged it, switched it on and off, but I can't print. I sometimes get an error message to adjust the alignment of Print Head, but I don't know how to do this

Hey guys i had the same problem!

There was a tiny piece of paper jammed in there somewhere, i solved the problem by cutting a cardboard divider down to a4 size and feeding it through (printing blank pages) until it dislodged the blockage.

Hope this helps

Most likely you are putting too much paper into the paper tray. Try putting in less sheets and try to print.

Put new roll in printer and paper feeds through then goes back out again

The printer should accept print paper ready for feed commands when computer sends jobs with clicks. A paper feeder tray may be clogged, attempt to open compartments to ascertain for misaligned or adjusted entrapment areas. Paper feeder adjustments that are tightened least allows feeder processing while loosened paper feeder clips allows several print papers at a time. Select the appropriate adjustment for the papers. Second, printers that run out of ink display sensitive malfunctions either as inability to feed paper when available. Ascertain that printer ink is available.

Paper problems

I had same problem. first turn of the printer and unplug electrical supply. turn the printer upside down and make sure there is nothing stuck in paper feeder. the next step, take a paper sort of a greetings card and try to run it through the feeder gently. if you cant get it through then don't force it. but this will clear up any object stuck in to paper feeder. now plug in yor power cord and try a test page from your printers properties. hope this will work for you. good luck...........
